Happy Holidays!

I cannot believe that Christmas 2012 is over and the year is almost entirely gone.  Seems like just yesterday that I was eagerly anticipating a summer of concerts, friends, and fun.  I have to say though that I am so looking forward to 2013.  A weekly photo challenge, a trip to Jamaica, Country Concert for a 3rd year and who knows what else.  Cheers to all for a happy, healthy, love filled 2013!

Nothing Stops Detroit

Mike Ilich announced the possibility of a new "entertainment complex" today.  Dan Gilbert announced the purchase of yet another skyscraper in the Financial District earlier this week.  Perhaps a "pooch park" in Corktown?  At least that is what Curbed Detroit has to say!  This sign I found in the Detroit Shoppe along Woodward Ave says it all.  There is new life beginning in Detroit every day, more and more people are starting to see a vision for the future, everyone wonders what will happen next.  Are you part of the movement or part of the noise?
